How do I cancel my home insurance policy?


If you do need to cancel your policy mid-term, this is easy to do via Live Chat.

Please be aware there may be a cancellation fee, as set out in Your Agreement with Esure Services limited.

To cancel your policy, just get in touch with a member of our team. We can check your payment history and let you know if there's any outstanding balance, or if you will be entitled to a refund.
