I've missed a Direct Debit payment, can I make the payment now?

Overview

If you've missed a payment you'll receive a letter and email from us, telling you what happens next.
If this is the first missed payment, we'll either try to take the payment again, or ask you to make payment, our letter will explain this, and what will happen if you do not make payment.
If this is not your first missed payment, then you'll need to pay the remainder of your premium, our letter will explain this, and what will happen if you do not make payment.

If you're struggling financially to make your payments get in touch to discuss your options as soon as possible. We may be able to help with options like moving a payment, suspending a payment or reviewing your cover, where appropriate. Get in touch as soon as possible.
