I've just set up a new policy online. When will my first Direct Debit be due?

You can check the dates and amounts of your Direct Debits, as well as your total premium and other details by using the log in button below, logging in to your Account, and checking your documents.  

 

If this is your first year with us, you can check the dates and amounts of your Direct Debits, as well as your total premium and other details on your Running Account Credit Agreement.

If you’ve been with us for more than one year, you’ll find this information on ‘Your new monthly payments’

You can find both of these documents by logging in to your Account, using the log in button below, choosing your policy, then selecting ‘Documents.’ You may need to select the relevant policy year (e.g. 2024-2025) from the drop-down menu at the top right.
