How do I change my email address?

Overview

The quickest and easiest way to change the email address on your policy is with our Virtual Assistant.

 

How to make the change

Step 1 Select the ‘Log in to your Account’ button below and then choose ‘Need help?’ at the top right-hand side of the page. This will open a chat with our Virtual Assistant.

Step 2 You’ll see a request to ‘Log in’ but don’t do anything yet. Wait a moment and you’ll be asked to continue with the Virtual Assistant. Select ‘Yes’ and enter your policy information.

Step 3 Choose the option you need from the menu. To change your email address, select ‘Change Email Address’.

 

You can contact us by using the log in button below, logging in to your Account, then selecting ‘Need Help?’ We're available Monday-Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 9am-2pm.

 

If you’re unable to log in, click on the button below and then choose ‘Need help?’ at the top right-hand side of the page.
