Changing your auto-renewal preference

The quickest and easiest way to opt out of auto renewal is to log in to your Account using the button below. You can change this at any time.

 

If your policy is set to renew automatically and you’d like to change your preference to stop automatic renewal, log in to your Account using the button below choose your policy and then ‘Automatic renewal' and switch off auto-renewal.

If your policy is not set to renew automatically and you’d like to opt into auto renewal, log in to your Account using the button below choose your policy and click ‘Need help.’ One of our agents will then set this up for you.

Benefits of Auto-Renewal

If you opt in to auto-renewal, then your cover will continue uninterrupted and we'll take payments as agreed.

If you choose not to auto-renew, then your policy will end on your renewal date and your cover will stop. That way you could miss your renewal date if you're unwell, on holiday or life just gets in the way and be left uninsured.

Whichever option you choose, we'll send your renewal invitation three to four weeks before your renewal so you have plenty of time to check the details and price.
